Sugar-Free Chocolate Biscuits (guilt-free + blood sugar friendly)
These are one of my go-to recipes when you want something comforting, chocolatey and satisfying, without the blood sugar crash and the belly weight.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup almond meal
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 3 tbs cacao powder
- 2–3 tbsp stevia, erythritol, or monk fruit
- 1 egg
- 4 tbsp softened butter
- 1/4 cup nut butter
